It could be purely coincidence, or the young guys improving, or simply that Dickerson and others have made an improved difference.

The Reds have 109 errors on the season. In their past 32 games, they have committed 17.

That means in the previous 119 games, they committed 92 errors, a rate of 0.77 errors per game. Since the trade, they are at a rate of 0.53 errors per game.

Coincidence? Maybe. Improvement? Definitely.

For someone who doesn't like Dunn, you sure do talk about him a lot.

It makes sense to me, I like the Reds, and dislike Dunn, therefore it would tend to make him a hot topic. Just like many people around here wtih Corey Patterson, and dusty's "man love" for him.

I think that many of us will have to find something else to complain about. Since the Dunn trade, CP has gotten into every game and is hitting a cool .250 and is safely above the Mendoza. IMO this is about what the Reds expected from him. I am not, however, advocating retaining his services. I don't want the whole board pouncing on me.
