This is from rotoauthority.com The 19 pitchers who threw the most pitches last year, I was really scared I was going to see volquez on here but only arroyo made it and he was the 19th.

I wouldnt mind all of our pitchers to be on that list, lol they are all good enough to stay in the game long enough to throw that many!

I am not afraid of V being on there, heck Lincecum is on there. And I will agree with Orodle again but I think the first 4 should be over that if they stay healthy.

Assuming only 30 starts thats only ~113 pitches. Volquez had 32 starts which if he made 3400 pitches would mean an average of ~106 pitches.

Arroyo is a workhorse. May not always be the prettiest game but he'll usually get you at least 7-8 innings. He'll be up there any time he has a full season.

Agreed. Although JC would do it in less innings than any pitcher in history!
