No one batting 4th has gotten on base since the 17th. Over a week now since Phillips drew a walk. There hasn't been a hit since the 14th. 10 days tomorrow. 0-29 in that span.

What is wrong with the 4 spot in the line-up?

We should bat Micah Owings fourth when he starts just to try something to trick the curse.

9-6? What does it matter? Put anybody there, but I'd leave EE for another few games. Votto is taking care of it from the 3 hole for now anyway, Phillips will become himself out of the #4 spot, and the pitching is taking care of the rest......
