Wood can swing the bat pretty well. That's something I've noticed from most Red pitchers. Cueto's got speed, Owings, of course, Maloney's not bad, Bailey's okay-- then, there's Harang.

Why can't Heisey and Frazier be brought up? This is way to much filler at AAA. Barker, McDonald, Hopper, Peterson, Lehr and Pettyjohn need to be released and the organization reshuffled. We have too many at-bats and pitching appearances going to players who will never see the light of the majors.

Agreed, although I think you'll see them both up by the Fourth of July. Let Sutton play 2B and plug Frazier in at 3B everyday for the rest of the year.

Junior Arias played SS yesterday, so his elbow must be getting healthy. After getting off to a bad start, he's 7 for his last 17 with three doubles and a walk.

Yimmy Lopez is a 16-year old catcher hitting .278/.536/.389 - .925 in 26 plate appearances. He was signed out of Venezuela back in January according to Ben Badler. Badler seemed to like him pretty well.
