He had around 240 or so. . . . playing on a few playoff teams.

Well Bonds turned 30 halfway through the 1994 season, and at the end of 1993 he had 222, so it was impossible for him to have 300 when he was 29. Congrats Adam!

FWIW, Bonds was 31 years and 278 days when he hit #300
