It will be interesting to see...if Francisco hits 30 dingers as a 22-year-old in AA, will he start to show up on national top prospect radars despite his horrendous plate discipline?

Billings got four in the first for Tim Crabbe. One of the RBI singles came from Sean Conner. His nickname has to be Bond. James Bond.

Too bad he isn't a hitter -- I'd like to see a Krebs Cycle.

Those of us of a certain vintage might be tempted to call him Maynard G.

The GCL Reds actually won twice today. Alex Buchholz appeared as the DH in one of the games. Juan Duran was 2 for 5 with a 2B. Good pitching was supplied by an Australian, a Taiwanese, a Panamanian, a Californian and a Mississippian. Gotta love baseball.

Nice to see Duran showing a little stick. Seems like Chiu has been in Rookie ball forever, hopefully he gets a shot in the Dayton rotation next year.
