Celebrating a "win" in a DUI case by getting hammered.

Let's just think about that one for a second.

Yeah, I'd celebrate with a road trip.

I'm having trouble believing a lot of stuff in this thread. Did he seriously compliment her hair? Was that a joke? I seriously doubt that even happened

Calling BS on the entire description of the process.

This poster has claimed to beat three criminal cases, get out of a DUI because he complemented someones hair and is not bothered a bit by driving on a suspended license.

One thing I learned from this thread is how to spell cockamamie. Never knew, honestly, until now.

I certainly love this thread.

To be fair he said he had been to court three times and never lost. This does not mean the cases were criminal or that he "beat" them. He may have gotten the result he wanted, like here. Cases where you commonly see people pro se include landlord/ tenant, small claims, traffic court, family court, etc. Not just criminal cases.

If jailtime was on the table then why didn't you qualify for a public defender?

I have a relative in a similar situation who didn't qualify based on his income being too high. And he isn't exactly a big time wage earner.

I'm glad to hear that. They can't give out lawyers for free to everyone.

Tomorrow, I'm going in to give the court my plea. Hopefully I won't be too hung over to wake up in the morning because I'm definitely going to celebrate my win tonight.

So how did it go? I don't think you checked in with a final verdict

Maybe he doesn't have net access from the Pokie.

Maybe the judge is a Redszone fan.

I heard the defendant has been temporarily banned from Redszone for some reason. Although I'm sure GIK and Boss-Hog have very nice hair, so they should reconsider.

Yeah for real, although I don't know for how long. And yes, people have been 'banned' before.

Nope. And the only time I've talked to him about it he sounded like he didn't know either. He did say that he had been warned but it didn't sound like it was clear about what brought this on. Oh well. Hopefully he won't be gone too long.

I've been banned. If you grow and learn from it, it's not so much punishment as it is a lesson taught.

Maybe he had too many infractions or something. Some can be a little infraction-happy here.

How would we know how many infractions someone has? I've had one infraction and it's listed right on my profile. But I haven't seen any other profiles that have infractions displayed on them including camisadelgolf.

You don't - it's between that user and the admins/moderators...not for public knowledge/discussion.
