Overdose suspected, as he had battled susstance abuse for years. Who would've thought in the 80's that Haim would be the troubled Corey and not Feldman?

Damn. RIP. Dude was obviously a serious drug addict on that reality show with Feldman.

Who would have guessed that Busey would have out lived him.

Busey had a big head start though.

That's very insensitive imo.

Wow, we all deal with death in different ways. Like Chip, I too try to approach the subject from a humor angle. It's because the thought scares the crap out of me, and I deal with my pain and fear through comedy. So many times people say "It's too soon." I don't get what that means.

Until i saw that reality show, I had thought he died in the 90's. Along with his career.

Dude looked 50 and he's 3 years younger than me.

Look at your reflection in the mirror. You're a creature of the night, Michael. Just like out of a comic book. You're a vampire, Michael. My own brother, a vampire. You wait 'til Mom finds out buddy!

Sad, I liked the kid (who was actually a smidge older than I). Reminds me alot of my brother in most all ways.

That's not what I'm saying at all. Different people approach death in different ways.

I just attended my ex-mother-in-law's funeral a couple weeks ago. This was the first time in 9 years that I had seen many of my ex-wife's family, including her. It was at first awkward and uncomfortable, and in order to make myself feel better, I went in with a few jokes, which helped lighten the mood for everyone.

Some people are afraid of death, like myself, because the thought of not being here anymore isn't something that they want to think about. Approaching it with humor helps people like me deal with it in our own way.
