is struggling like his name is Harang, and unlike the Reds, the Dodgers can't afford to wait him out. He is a local guy that the Reds have expressed an interest in the past. IMO, now is the time to make a play.

While he does have a 5.51ERA since last All-Star break, he is a year older than Bailey with a 16 win season and an All-Star appearance under his belt. According to MLBTR, he could be available. Problem is, I'm not sure what the Dodgers would want in return. Thoughts?

Maybe a swap could help each out... (bailey)

billingsley wasn't throwing very hard the other night 88-91 with his fastball. IMO he has arm issues.

The Dodgers would likely want more then just Bailey in return.

I was thinking a mutual surrender of Harang for Billingsley (ha ha).

He's not struggling like Bailey is struggling. He's struggling like Harang is struggling. Even when he's "on", he still can't get people out. And he's getting hit really hard. Sounds either like arm trouble or head trouble or both.
