Ewwww! Junior Kennedy batting 2nd. What was McNamara thinking? Kennedy should always bat 8th and everyone else move up a slot. Not that it mattered against Ryan.

That '80 club was a little hitting challenged compared to what we'd been used to through the '70s. The bigger crime was Davey hitting 3rd. Foster was starting to slide and Bench was on his downside.
