Should be a good pitching night.

Doug, do you consider Kyle Day to be a prospect? He's hit pretty well the past week or so. The way these clubs are going, a guy gets a few knocks and he's on the watch list.

Not really Mace, no.

Roster moves today - Kevin Coddington activated in Dayton, Byron Wiley and Nick Christiani to Lynchburg, Dave Sappelt to Carolina, Luis Terrero to Louisville and Chris Heisey to Cincinnati.

Hillcats starting off well. Fellhauer singled and Cody Puckett doubled off the wall and Fellhauer went to 3rd. Hopefully they can cash it in.

Interesting note from the broadcast - Neftali Soto has been working on being more selective at the plate. He walked twice yesterday and is the first Lynchburg player with 2 walks in a game. He has 6 walks in 80 PA this season, much higher than his career rate of 4.7% (currently at 7.5%).

Soto just singled up the middle to drive in two. He took 2B on the throw to home, then advanced to 3B on a throwing error trying to get him at 2B.

For those of us who live in Dayton, The Dragons game is being broadcast on digital channel 7.2 which is normally channel 7's Weather Now channel. It is on Time Warner Cable but since I don't have TWC, I am unsure of the channel number.

I'll be in and out so I will provide as I can. The Dragons are at bat in the bottom of the 2nd and have a 2-0 lead. They had men at 2nd and 3rd and they scored their first run on a ground ball to 3rd where the Hot Rods threw to home but the runner was safe on the play. Following batter hit it through the hole on the right side to drive in the second run. Men on 1st and 2nd, still only one out.

i was thinking the same thing.

he was OK for the big league team in 2009 then had a nice spring. he followed this up with something like a 1 for infinity at Louisville. your explanation makes sense.
