Cueto has pitched absolutely horribly all season.

He really needs to step up himself tonight.

A "very good" outing for him would be 5 innings and 4 runs given up. (while that would suck for most people). He's only pitched 10 innings in 3 starts in St. Louis.

What I want to see is 5+ innings with 3 runs given up, which still isn't good, but for Cueto (right now), it would be fantastic.

Cueto has pitched outstanding thru 5 innings so far, and we are hitting against St. Louis' best pitcher so far (yes i know Carpenter is better, but Penny is doing work this year).

Absolutely not true. If the Reds hadnt scored, the game could be called after waiting an appropriate amount of time with the Cards winning. But since the Reds scored and took the lead, the game will be resumed at a later time, probably tomorrow, with the Reds ahead 3-2.

To be honest that pitch was below the knees and a bit off the plate....a hitter isn't gonna do anything with that pitch anyway. That was a 2.5 hr rain delay call.
