i dont like him against leftys either. hopefully he doesnt go 0-4 with 4 popups and 8 pitches seen.

It will be interesting to see how the day off effected the team.

There have been 9 straight "decent" performances with a couple of good ones tossed in there by Leake. Homer had a decent performance his last time. I want to see him have at the minimum another decent one, if not a good one.

Keep it going Homer. Keep the REDS in the game, and they've shown they have a propensity for winning the game at the end.

They had a good focus going, and it let them go back and pay attention to all of the drivel in their lives turning today's game back into "a job" instead of a team-oriented, collective effort.

I look for, and expect, a rebound tomorrow. We've got a good ballclub this year.

While Homer failed in his "2nd attempt" to put together a "decent" game, the other 4 pitchers all have pitched back-to-back "decent" games. That's a far cry from what it had been the first 3 weeks of the season.

There's still a lot to be encouraged about from our starting staff over their last 10 efforts.
