I've seen them play in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Boston, and San Diego.
In Cleveland and Pitt, as you would expect, there are a fair amount of Reds fans who make the trip. When I saw them in Boston in 2005, there were quite a few, as many wanted to see Fenway. San Diego--not so much. A lot of retiree types and what not. Guys with Johnny Bench jerseys.
In the other NL cities, and the AL cities that the Reds have been to, for those who have seen them in various parks, how well is our fanbase represented?

Outside of Cincy, I've seen them play at Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Detroit, and Cleveland. You already talked about Cle and Pitt, so I won't. But I saw them in Detroit a couple years ago and I really don't remember if we had a lot of fans there or not. I don't think there was an overwhelming number of Reds fans there, but I'm sure there were a good share. It's only about 4 hours from Cincy, so there should be a good number there.
I've been to Wrigley for Reds games a couple times in the past few years and again there weren't an overwhelming number of Reds fans there, but you definitely see some.

and there are almost always a good representation of reds fans....of course the closer proximity to Cincinnati of that city the proportion of Reds fans increases greatly

i've seen them a few times in San Francisco. generally just a sprinkling of Reds fans in each section. for comparison, the reds usually have more fans in attendance in SF than fans of the Rockies, Astros, Pirates, or D-backs, probably on par with the Phillies and Cardinals, but much less than the Cubs and Dodgers of the world. i saw the reds once in oakland as well, very few Reds fans in attendance.
In Atlanta most recently. There are more braves fans traveling up 75 to cincy than cincy fans traveling down, IMO. that said, the team was in the basement at the point tho.

Nice.
You'll have to add an Arizona Spring to that list.
Never saw Spring Training in Florida?
