I always get nervous when a pitcher pitches right after running the bases... but with Leake it seemed to calm him... I think he put 6 of 7 pitches right where he wanted in the Pence K. The other two balls were not hit hard at all.

Not having Votto and Hanigan caught up with them. Take Rolen and Stubbs out (who had been hitting great over the last 20 games from the #7 hole) and the issue was compounded. Basically, half the bats, and the bats who were hitting the best, were all out (except for Gomes).
