I was at that game. This was Wily Mo Pena bobblehead night and IIRC it was his first game back from the DL. His first HR was a laser to dead center, his second HR of the game was a walk off HR that landed halfway up the bleachers in left field. I thought it was going to hit the scoreboard for a minute. This was one of the best games I've been to.

I was at that game. This was Wily Mo Pena bobblehead night and IIRC it was his first game back from the DL. His first HR was a laser to dead center, his second HR of the game was a walk off HR that landed halfway up the bleachers in left field. I thought it was going to hit the scoreboard for a minute. This was one of the best games I've been to.

I remember watching that on TV. I really thought WMP would be a very good player for the Reds. Wasn't Lou managing the Rays then? Seems like I remember the announcers talking about him and how he had walked around town reminiscing about 1990.
