Pitching was nice for Lynchburg in a 3-0 win. Might be time to move Bray up the ladder. Joseph too.

Valaika's really in a good groove right now. Hope it's not a "good groove" but more of a permanent example of his hitting ability.

How valuable is Valaika on the trade market? Anyone have any gauge on that?

James Avery has been more of a filler type who showed some promise last year before getting hurt. He continued his comeback in A+ with 6 IP, 4H, 1 BB, 5K and 0 Runs. His ERA is at 2.96.

Avery turned 26 on Thursday so a move up the ladder may be in order. He's held opponents to a .216 BA in 24.333 IP. Probably a long, long shot, but he seemed to be blooming late before the injury last season. Sleeper?
