I am on the third floor in Springdale and didn't feel it. We are so close to 275 that I write off most shaking as traffic so I probably did and just ignored it.

AFP journalists witnessed walls in downtown office buildings shaking for several seconds. Cracks appeared in the Parliamentary Press Gallery building in Ottawa, and outside some people appeared shaken up, but unhurt.
Most downtown Ottawa buildings appeared to have been evacuated as alarms rang out.

While this is 100% true, others felt it here and it caused zero damage here. Just would have been cool. Never want to feel an actual earthquake. Few things scare me more than the thought of a legit earthquake and me being involved.
