Does anyone know how to post something from an Excel spreadsheet so that the spacing/grid appears right? What is the formatting trick?

I've found posting from Google Docs spreadsheet yields much better results than Excel. You can C&P from Excel into a Google Docs and then C&P from there elsewhere.

I usually paste in notepad and use the tab key as the delimiter, then place it in the [code] brackets
