He might be right, but to me MVP's earn this reward by what they do in the second half when games are more important and the days longer and the need to play through nicks and dings. Greatness is built in the second half..

I think you have to give Cy Young to Ubaldo..no hitter..15-1..@colorado. Regardless of how well Josh Johnson has done you have to give it to him.

MVP right now should be Votto or David Wright . Votto has the edge though.

I have a really hard time giving it to anyone who has been as dominating as Josh Johnson.
