This was actually on Fayblog: http://cincinnati.com/blogs/reds/ I don't have access to that issue.

International League: Aroldis Chapman, best fastball and best breaking ball; Chris Valaika, best defensive second baseman; Wladimir Balentien, best outfield arm.

Southern League: Kris Negron, best defensive shortstop.

Midwest League: Mariekson Gregorius, best infield arm.

Chris Valaika, best defensive second baseman

I think Billy Hamilton may have something to say about that. From what I've seen, his athletic ability/range is well above anything that Valaika has.

Hopefully once he gets to the IL he'll be the best as well.
