What does everyone think of Sam Lecure's possibility of being a future long man for the Reds?
Personally, I am really impressed by what I have seen from him. Hopefully he has found a role that he can have Major League success with, I know I'm pulling for him.

A good possibility. Our future rotation looks set with
Cueto
Volquez
Chapman
Bailey
Wood/ Leake
I think he would be a good long relief guy. He looks much more comfortable out of the pen

I think as he builds confidence he will compete for a rotation spot next year; otherwise, he could be a great 7th or 8th inning guy. He looks lights out right now. :)

I like him out of the pen because of his mental make up. He's so even keel, never up and never down. His stuff isn't special, but he's a very good location pitcher. Don't underestimate him being able to load up the fastball a little since he doesn't have to sustain it. That could give him an extra 2-3 mph on his fastball. I like it.

I like LeCure a lot out of the pen.
He was "Nails" last night.
