Been kicking around the idea of reviving my payroll/roster database. Probably would need to move it to another site, and it needs some minor tweaks to the code.

There's also a possibility of expanding the capabilities into more areas.

Jax, look at Drupal. they may have a module to do just that.

Thought I would bump this. TRF Drupal or none of the CMS packages would have anything like this. It would be too specialized.

there might be a module. Drupal has about 5,000 mods.

Jax, take a look at a program called phpmaker. it has a full 30 day trial, costs about $100 to buy. I've used it and it might just be what you are looking for.
