That's a really good sign that Nix is in there though. We could really use him off of the bench in the playoffs.

Reds win 7-2. Mark it down.

Cueto's pitching at home against the 'Stros, and the Reds aren't even betting favorites tonight. Kind of funny.

Can't blame the bettors for not backing the Reds with that lineup.

I'm excited to see what Valaika, Alonso, and Francisco do hitting 2-4. I love watching prospects play.

I think Yonder is being a little too aggressive.

9 K and ZERO BB.

That's not his normal MO.

Yonder batting less than his weight. I really thought he'd do better than that.

Indeed. I guess I'm the only one a little cheesed off by this. I thought Castellini said we were still playing for home field advantage in the first round. I'm grateful for this special season, but I didn't think the only goal of the season was to win the NL Central. I can't believe they charged fans to attend the game.

Totally pissed here. I hate this laying down and being satisfied with just showing up to the playoffs. Total BS.

Just looked up Phillies starting lineup the day after clinching:
J Rollins SS
R Ibanez LF
C Utley 2B
R Howard 1B
B Francisco CF
D Brown RF
G Dobbs 3B
B Schneider C
R Oswalt P

Looks like some regular starters still played.
