MLB to add another Disabled List?

It's being proposed that MLB add an additional 7-day disabled list strictly for concussions. It could be implemented as early as next season if it gets past through all the channels.

They only use the 7-day disabled list in the minors, so it's nothing unheard of.The only thing is the minor league DL just has the 7-, not the 15- or 60-day disabled lists.

I like the idea, I wonder how many players with minor day to day injuries will come down with "concussions" if this rule is implemented, lol.
