The Reds avoided arbitration will Bill Bray, according to John Fay of the Cincinnati Enquirer (on Twitter). The AP says the deal is for $645K.

I like it, as well. I just hope Dusty will use him as a LH specialist, not as a two inning guy.

I would expect he would have a Rhodes type role with Chapman going against anyone. :thumbup:

I like the signing, I think Bray's best years are ahead of him if he stays healthy. To me, he is the lone salvation/bright spot of a really bad trade from an era hopefully that has passed.;)

Great move.I'm glad he was able to battle back from his injury's,and the Reds standing beside him in the process.

My main question is, does he get hurt before spring training, during, or hit the IR once the team breaks camp?

I really like Bill Bray. Hope he's a RED for the next five years.
