A lot of you have already seen this, I'm sure, but it's still one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV (and it was somehow on Lopez Tonight). Enjoy!

Dang, I had a senior moment and thought it was "Pet Sounds" time.

BTW, that Brian Wilson is pretty much insane too.

Usually I'm not this guy (the party pooper), but I honestly don't find him funny. I feel like he's trying way too hard. I'm clearly in the minority here.

Ha! Hilarious. I just wish he was with a better host. Lopez was pretty brutal.

Well I would quote what Daniel Tosh says about Lopez but I like posting on this board.

Brian Wilson is probably my favorite baseball player. If you don't know about "The Machine" that he showed, look for it on YouTube

I enjoyed this a whole lot, but I enjoyed his blown save vs the Reds in August even more! That was the game it went from 10-0 Reds to 11-10 Giants and Bruce saved the day in the 9th, with Votto eventually saving the game in the 12th or something.

Your memory serves you well. August 25th was a wild one for sure with both Ondrusek and Rhodes imploding.

the thing i liked the most about this was that he stayed in character the entire time which probably wasn't that easy to do.....now he gets my vote as most likely to end up going all Joaquin Phoenix or Crispin Glover

Good for the game! love that somebody shows a personality. Unlike Chad Ocho this guy comes across as funny and not a arrogant ass.

I agree and found it to be funny. However, if you have kids, you might worry about his comedy and kids viewing it. Massage parlors in Thailand and working on his "release". Kids do idolize pro athletes (Sir Charles, shut your big mouth).

I am not trying to be an old fart. Just thought about this after viewing the video.

I thought they got their Beach Boys mixed up, and it was Mike Love LOL

Fair enough -- it's subjective.

I liked it because he chose not to be just another athlete on a talk show. "Well, George, I just gave it my best. I'm part of a great team blah blah effort blah blah respect opponents blah blah blah." He was trying to be entertaining, and aside from a few forced jokes, he succeeded in entertaining me.

I agree that I'd much rather watch an interview with him than anyone else, but I still feel like he's putting on a show, and he's just trying to hard.

I actually loved his comments back in the regular season when someone was complaining about his orange shoes (I think it was Bud Black), and his response was something like:

"Yeah, it's because of the shoes that I throw 98 with movement on the black."

Now THAT is funny stuff right there.

Reminds me of Zach Galifianakis.

With a hint of Steve Carell, perhaps he was at the Dinner for Schmucks. Dude is comical.
