Reminds me...some Cubs jerk was at the Reds game yesterday in our section. Why would you wear a Sandberg jersey to a Reds/Brewers game in Cincinnati? Other than the fact the guy was craving attention.

They have opened the season by losing 2 of 3 to the Pirates at home. They should have been swept but the Bucs blew a 3 run lead in the 7th inning. Today the Cubs had a 1 run lead in the 9th with Marmol on the mound. A sacrifice put runners at 2nd and 3rd and Castro fielded a slow roller just past Marmol's reach and both runners scored. In their half of the 9th they had a runner on 1st with 1 out. Cedeno throws a double play ball into RF which put runners on 1st and 3rd then Byrd grounds into a DP.

Pirates score 5 runs on 16 hits. ALL of them singles.

The Cubs are looking like they are in for an awful season.
