Perez can throw a fastball, changeup, cutter and curveball with both arms, and he's been clocked at 90 mph right-handed and 87 mph left-handed.

Looks like he might be a legit prospect too. Kinda cool.

IIRC, there was a video somewhere with a Oriental switch-pitcher facing a switch-hitter and they both kept swapping sides. Like a ridiculous number of times. Can't seem to find it though.

~edit~ Found it. Not oriental though. Must've been thinking of something else. Funny stuff.

Rule 8.01 (f) says:

(f.) A pitcher must indicate visually to the umpire-in-chief, the batter and any runners
the hand with which he intends to pitch, which may be done by wearing his glove
on the other hand while touching the pitcher’s plate. The pitcher is not permitted
to pitch with the other hand until the batter is retired, the batter becomes a runner,
the inning ends, the batter is substituted for by a pinch-hitter or the pitcher incurs
an injury. In the event a pitcher switches pitching hands during an at-bat because
he has suffered an injury, the pitcher may not, for the remainder of the game,
pitch with the hand from which he has switched. The pitcher shall not be given
the opportunity to throw any preparatory pitches after switching pitching hands.
Any change of pitching hands must be indicated clearly to the umpire-in-chief.

Greg Harris who pitched with the Reds in the 80's threw with both arms.

Pat Venditte with the Yankees has done pretty well

I'm showing my age, but the Reds had a pitcher named Jorge Rubio in their system in the mid-60s who messed around with it, trying to find an appendage with which he could get hitters out. He never did...

I sure thought that Masanori Murakami had pitched with both hands, but can find nothing to corroborate that.
