I am really rooting for this guy and think he has a chance to be up this year and solve our leadoff and left field problems. Has anyone heard anything about his oblique strain, or how long he is supposed to be out?

Last I heard was that in the coming week, we can look for him to begin playing again. Whether that means actual games or starting the rehab process, I don't know.

Wow, this is great news. Thanks for this update. I will make sure that I watch this game tonight. This guy solves both the leadoff and leftfield problem that has plagued the reds for a while. Hope he can get back to form soon.
