The top two shortstops are having AWFUL years. How are they getting votes?

Notice how many Lehigh Valley players are high on the lists? They must have a good fanbase turnout for the voting. It's not voting for who is best. It's voting for who you want to win. At least with this vote, fans only count 33%.
