Lloyd Merriman- OF in the late '40s and early '50s. I got nothing on him.

Red Ames- Warren, Ohio native who had his best years with the Giants before coming to the Reds in the same trade that netted Heinie Groh. His curve was considered one of the outstanding pitches of the era.
