In George Grande's world, many names add "ie" or "y" to the end whether they need it or not..........

Example - Bob"by" Apodaca, Tim"my" Raines, Jim"my" Tracy, etc. etc.

have others in RedsLand noticed this ?

I've noticed it in lots of interviews of players and ex-players. They use the same vocabulary. Check out MLB Network and their stable of ex-players talking about/to players. They do the same thing.... especially Sean Casey. I think it's just something that's a byproduct of being involved/around the game for most of them.

huh?

Grande has some obsession with mentioning the Crawford Boxes in left field in Houston every time the Reds play there.
