Reds:
Bill Landrum (54) Righty reliever; pitched very well for the Pirates and very poorly for everyone else
Other:
Dustin Pedroia (28)
Brett Myers (31)
Jorge Posada (40)
Butch Hobson (60) Best known for fielding below .900 in 1978.
Boog Powell (70) Some people think of him as a fat slob, but he wasn't; he was just a big, big guy.
Diego Segui (74) Much-traveled father of David Segui.
Jim Davenport (78) Had a long career, all with San Francisco. When he started, Hank Sauer was playing LF for the Giants; when he finished George Foster was breaking in.
Rudy York- Spent the first half of his career in kind of a Yonder Alonso situation; Detroit had Hank Greenberg at 1B and Rudy couldn't really play anywhere else (they tried him at catcher, third and the outfield with brutal results). Unlike Yonder, though, Rudy was a drunk and a hell-raiser; "He knew every hooker in New York" recalled one teammate.
