Grandal is # 10 is the only Reds player. I thought LaMarre might have a shot but he did not make the list.

With the season he had (actually kind of a smaller version of Mesoraco's year last time around), I'm surprised he's not higher.

Sulbaran had a pretty good year in a hitter's league. And he's young.

Sulbaran had a 4.60 ERA. Not good. About the only good thing is his ERA has gone down every year while still advancing a level.

4.60 was good for 13th in a hitters league (with 10 teams) out of starters that qualify.
11th in WHIP
4th in K's
10.2 K/9
3.3 BB/9
21 years old

Sulbaran's rankings within Reds system:
#6 Baseball Prospectus
#9 Baseball America
#12 Sickels
I'm still not sure how he didn't manage to make the California League's top 20.

Grandal was one of the best prospects the Reds had, clearly in a different league from Sulbaran and he was halfway down the list.

So I take it that league was stacked with prospects.
Would you have put him in the top 20?
