Notice Bailey viewed from the rear, in the last picture he does look bigger.

Just to note, Tomko is wearing #36, not sure if he's an official NRI, or just on of the minor-leaguers who spend part of the spring with the Big club.

I like seeing Corcino pal around with Cueto. That kid shows a lot of promise.

I liked this picture from the Cincinnati Enquirer:

Reds starter Johnny Cueto (right) talks with minor-league pitcher Daniel Corcino. The Reds opened 2012 spring training at their complex in Goodyear, Ariz., on Sunday.

Hey mods, can we have a sticky again this spring where people can post links to the various reds articles of the day in spring training?

Sure, I'll do that right now.

Boss, that is much, much appreciated (especially since I access the site from a smartphone during the day). Thanks.

From the Reds Twitter feed comes this classic photo, Enquirer photographer Michael Keating presenting Bernie Stowe with a photo of him with the "Tall Seven":

I was on Facebook & noticed that MLBTraderrumors Reds feed had a post up from Redszone. Boy was I surprised to find out it was my post on Bernie Stowe & the tall pitchers. I guess I've hit the big times!

I can't recall who, but a ORG regular actually runs the MLBTR reds feed. I want to say Cam.

I think that's a pretty good guess.

A couple of thoughts:

Hanigan sort of epitomizes the very defintion of "fireplug" based on your photo.

DeShields, in the photo with Dusty, looks like he could still play today, doesn't he?

I have a couple of pics to post when I get home. I also have a quick report: the Reds' B-team could win 80 games and is better than probably 1/3 of the starting lineups in MLB.

Maloney is a great guy and tremendous story teller. My favorite Reds pitcher of all time.

Baker is reason #1 why managers should start dressing like training staff. No reason an old fart should wear that.
