The 100 greatest women in music, according to VH1. The list only covers the last 20 years, so there are some extremely talented omissions, and then you have Miley Cyrus making the list, which kind of made me chuckle. They also have Adele ahead of Whitney, which is ok by me since I like her music better than Whitney's anyway. Here's a link to the whole list. I think they're going to be airing these over the next few days.

I need to get my eyes checked because I know Neko Case must be on the list somewhere, but I can't seem to find her name.

There are a lot of good names not on that list.

Has anyone else heard Miley Cyrus's Bob Dylan cover album? IMO it is the BIGGEST DISGRACE that could ever be done to Bob

Yep, any list that doesn't include Neko Case (& I'll add Jenny Lewis), is utter crap. And in any case the top 20 should tell you all you need to know about the voting base here.

Neko Case sounds like something you'd hear through an AM radio car stereo in 1955 driving through Oklahoma with the top down on a gorgeous Summer night.

Dreamy both literally and figuratively.
