Most of those other teams televise all of their games. Arizona and San Diego may be the exceptions though. The game against SD will be at 9;30 am for those guys. Probably not many out there will be up to watch that one.

That's gotta be a typo. That situation never happens at the MLB level. That game will probably be at 12:30 SD time. (3:30 our time).

This has been their MO in the past. They televise every night game and a handful of day games. I would much rather not have them televise day games which a majority of fans can not watch. I wonder if ESPN will pick up any of the day games. Don't they usually televise day games on Wed?

I've watched plenty of business man specials against west coast teams.

It's no typo. The Aug 2nd game @ Cincinnati is a businessday special starting at 12:35pm like they always do. They don't change it just because the opponent comes from the west coast. That situation does happen at the MLB level

I think that's MLB Network with the day games.

Sorry guys, my bad. For some reason I thought the one post said "@" SD, when it actually said "against" SD. Obviously, they wouldn't change the start time due to the opponent.

Isn't that usually a simulcast of the local broadcast?

Not always. Most of the time yes but there are times they have their own broadcasters doing the game.

Are all these games going to be in HD, or do we have to tolerate SD in April again?

I'm going to have to take advantage of my early work schedule and get to some business day specials this year.
