Could be according to a tweet posted by DatDude over on tORG.
Let me steal, err, copy and paste it. :)

GoodAfternoon... Gotta NEW ROLE at work, AGAIN Guess #DatDude is the ONE you can move around, but the OBJECTIVE stays the same! #GotWs

It is a lefty and it is a shakeup. Maybe this will do the trick.

Do you mean hitting clean up? He is already our "lead off" hitter.

I'll give it a shot.

Stubbs
Cozart
Votto
Phillips
Ludwick
Heisey
Frazier
Mesoraco
Latos

Baker removes Rolen from the 4 spot to give him a day off. Don't worry, he'll be back at 4 tomorrow!

And he knows how much we all love to see Stubbs lead-off.

I'd like to give this line-up a shot. Maybe swap out Rolen for Frazier and see what happens?

Really, "DatDude is the ONE" sums it all up when it comes to Phillips.

He "enjoys the spotlight" and he's more than willing to admit it.

I think he really enjoyed hitting leadoff and his production in the 4 hole wasn't the greatest. I don't really see anyting wrong with the tweet.

Phillips is the ultimate team player. It's gotta be tough to have one mindset all year, then come to the ballpark and find out you're going to have to alter the approach. If this tweet is the height of his complaint, there is no trouble.

And I think he deserves it - even when he screws up - he looks to me like he cares

(except that time he got picked off 2nd while talking to the SS - that one got him written out of my will!)
