Livan has gotten chunky.

For a second I thought it was Todd Coffey. :)

The Rage

Hopefully no more backslides Mat. Now if Bailey can come out throwing 96-97mph my mission would be complete ;)

That kind of stuff is why I never had a problem with signing him long term.

me either

Stray

You see how good he can be. The guy is only 24 years old and we have him for a while.

Just needs the off nights to be a little less off.

No we don't. We just need them to get it over the plate with something on it.

Okay. Okay. I will do the star of the game.

3. Stubbs - Solid, all-around game

2. Bruce - Two-run double

1. Mat Latos - You watched it. Nothing to add.

1A - Dusty shows willingness to let the SP go get the CG.

Fantastic bounce-back game tonight. I was about as down as I've been all season after Sunday's loss, but you gotta be resilient in baseball. Hopefully they can get some nice momentum going before that dubious West Coast trip.

That was the best/most exciting pitching performance from a Reds starter in a long time. Tremendous mound presence and pace....the best. If I see THAT during the rest of the season.....I would give us a chance in the playoffs.....that was a stud ace performance.
