I strongly believe heisey is our man in center from here on out. We lose a little speed, but I believe heisey is solid as a centerfielder...and I believe he puts out a little better effort. Plus we get a better batter and bunter in heisey which will be huge in playoffs. Stubbs will be a nice def. Specialist late in games, or as a pinch runner.

He is more effective with the bat, and on that gets my vote. This team needs guys on base. But, he is a step down in the field and has absolutely no arm at all.

Stubbs has 5 assists in 983 innings played this year.
Heisey has 4 assists in 642 innings this year.

Nice catch by Stubbs. Certainly no where near Mike Trout and I am pretty sure Heisey makes that play as well but give Stubbs credit when he deserves it.
