He gave an interview a couple of days ago that when he swung for power in bp, he wasn't feeling comfortable from his leg. That's why I'm all about JoVo being a huge opb guy this postseason. He's such a student of the game but I worry he's worrying too much about HRs since that's always been a part of his makeup.

To put that in perpective... we are all mentioning the Reds total lack of offense today... but the team batting average is .167 and the team OBP is .259. The Reds have held the Giants well below this FOR THE WHOLE SERIES!

I don't need to wonder what the Giants fan message board looks like right now.

Not sure why you'd say that. He did put the two guys on base and, passed ball aside, it wasn't an easy pitch for Hanigan to handle.

Homer, on the other hand, deserved better big time.

I'm pissed we threw this away. Pissed the offense did nothing...nothing..to support one of the best pitching performances of the year. How could this be the same lineup that put up all those runs two days ago against Cain?

We will get this series. One of two at home. Of course we will.

But right now, this is a very hard one to swallow.

Did not think Reds would get sweep. Tomorrow will be clincher, we are in the playoffs and lead the series with two games left at home. Barring a Steve Bartman situation the Reds will be o.k.

The short hop play? No way man. No routine....as soon as that was hit you knew there was nothing ordinary about it. It took a very good play and he misguessed the in-between hop

Okay, so positives - it was only 2-1 and Bailey performed very well. That's something to hang on to, and can be used for the next game, or the one after if it must be.
