Did you not see the pre-game dugout for Giants? What happened home run in 1st and 2nd innings. The Giants want this more! I can live with my teams losing but not to show any heart that is hard to swallow.

If they do, why haven't they scored any more? Do they want it less now?

This is shaping up to be one of the all-time epic choke jobs in ML history, at least in modern playoff history.

Dusty Baker is managing like a moron. Mike Leake just stinks. I've been saying that since he was drafted. And this team can't buy a hit anymore. The offense is too inconsistent.

Lincecum is going to salt this one away and we are going to blow this thing.

This team has been nothing more than mediocre since September.

Good teams:
Score runs
Don't leave men left on (unless it's the Cards who get 14 hits at will)
Answer the bell

Bad teams:
Don't score runs
Leave a surplus of men on base game after game (like the Reds)
Never answer the bell (like the Reds)

This game is over. You are lying if you think otherwise, because this team has noooo comeback juice at all. The season is on Latos' arm tomorrow and boy oh boy, how embarrassing will it be if we lose this series.

My hopes are up because they've shown us many times that they can hit; that they can put some runs on the board. God knows they have the talent to do it. So that's it. Play mad. But for the love of God, play to potential. If they do that, we'll win. They know what to do. They just have to execute. That one run just now is the right idea. Get it back a run or two at a time. Yep, a silver lining in all of this. Doesn't matter who wins tomorrow. If we win cool, we have a good shot at a WS. If we lose, no problem, it's +EV in the long run for more world series births under a different coach

This is my concern. I have more faith we'll win tomorrow than that we'd beat the Cards without Cueto after I saw them dismantle Washington today. Then again, a lot can happen in a 7 game LCS. The last couple days has ruined a good year of baseball!

Cards get in after a 100 game run of sub .500 baseball, the Braves choke to them, then they are going to beat the Nats after losing game one and now we are one the verge on blowing a 2-0 series lead thus giving them a clear shot at going to yet another WS with 90 or less wins in the lone year in MLB history they would have qualified being the 5th best team.

Too much negativity. True enough, the facts being cited. But let's also remember the following incomplete list:

- We're at home
- Latos hates the Giants and tends to mow them down nicely
- Our BP, while maybe not as rested (debateable), is still the class of the NL with maybe just the exception of Dondedondo.
- We have the bats
- Cain has lost a bunch of times for reasons that haven't changed; doesn't matter that it'd be the 4th time.
- Dusty has the biggest motivation of all time to make the right calls to close out
- Can't have both my postseason predictions proved wrong on the same day; that'd be crazy talk
