He crunches down outside and stands straight up running through a tunnel.

Picture 1 he's running up an incline, so he looks hunched over.
Picture 2, he's running on "flat" ground, so he'll look more upright.

It sounds to me like they're starting to follow much more in the spirit of Ian Flemming's novels.
I can see where some wouldn't like that, but I'm of the mind that anything which moves Bond back towards good cinema (and away from such cartoonish messes like "Moonraker") is a positive thing. The character has been surviving as a caricature with loud explosions for too long. "Casino Royale" was a step away from that, and I loved it to death for that reason.

They get a total free pass from me after Casino Royale. It was so good that I'm going to trust them this time.
It was a brilliant turn for the franchise, IMO.
Re: The new James Bond??????
They could have Bond reading a book for two hours and it would still be better then the four films of crap they made with Pierce Brosnan.
Less gagets the better.
Re: The new James Bond??????
Casino Royale finally took the franchise back in the right direction.
I think I'll go with the producers on this one. I remember people carping about Daniel Craig and how horrable he will be. That turned out pretty good.
Now, if they can just figure out how to bring Eva Green back. ;)

This is exactly how I feel. I can't wait.

Just give her a new character to play and don't say anything about it.
The actress that played Martha Jones on Doctor Who last season had a guest starring role in the season finale of the previous year -- her character died about halfway in.
Didn't change the hairstyle or anything. ;)

That would work. She (Eva) could run around in that red/maroon dress she wore in the finale sceen. Perhaps it could be soaking wet the whole time too.
I might be onto something here.

Harry Morgan had guest starred on MASH as a crazy general a couple of season before he became Col Sherman T Potter.

Agreed. Earlier tonight one of my sons suggested we watch Casino Royale again. My wife, he and I watched it and enjoyed just as much as we did when we first saw it in a theater. It's my favorite Bond film.
