"and that's the way things have been going for the Cardinals."
As if it will change. It's been 8 to 9 months of things going their way. Oh well.
The rich get richer and another Cincinnati team disappoints when there are decent expectations (see also Bengals whenever they are expected to be good).

He'll figure it out.
Maybe if he added a second "t" to the end of his first name, he'd have better feel for his pitchers. Missing that "t" could be throwing off his balance.

Doesn't make it right. I mean, I get that people say stuff at games. But sitting there on your computer or phone, what makes a person write a nasty comment to a player's wife and then think "yeah, this makes perfect sense to say this" and hit send?

There's no doubt that a lot of it is. When they finally crash and burn, it'll be fun to watch.

I don't follow her story but isn't she kind of an outspoken one?

Yes. And quite smart, sassy and attractive. Those elements combined probably explain why her twitter feed is a a popular destination.

Dream on.
Like they crashed and burned last year when they were the best offense in the National League and won the World Series?
