Heh, VR!
Back to back doubles (haven't said that for a long time) net the Reds a run. EE up, BP on 2nd with none out.
edit...my bad, Gomes was up (he walks) EE now up with 2 on/ none out.
Chat is open for your inner masochist.
EE does a great job, gets BP over to third, where he can now score like 37 different ways.
EE GIDP.
Thom could not care less about this game.
Yay! A Game Thread!
EE trying to throw this game. No pun intended.
JC is now at 32 Earned runs over his last 38 innings, including 77 baserunners.
update....33/38.1/78
I missed the game last night and heard Thom and Cowboy talking about a botched double play last night. How was it botched last night?
ESPN has a 'chance of scoring' percentage at the bottom of their gamecast.
I've noticed they've starting putting ":bowrofl:" on that line when the Reds are batting.
And here's where a defender like EE murders your pitching staff. A failed double play and it leads to another run. Hitting .200 and can't play defense.
