his grill on ebay.

at this point in the bidding, I don't think the grill is such a good deal. But $70 to ship that thing seems like a steal.

Current bid: US $16,300.00
Hi, I`m Manny Ramirez. I bought this AMAZING grill for about $4,000 and I used it once... But I never have the time to use it because I am always on the road. I would love to sell it and you will get an autographed ball signed by me =] Enjoy it, Manny Ramirez.
I dont think his ball is worth the 12k extra
O wait this requires a new post... Current bid: US $17,301.00 wow
We are using the japanese posting system for grills now?
Btw, when you said his grill..
I thought you meant his gold teeth. I was abit worried.
Wait 10 seconds later... $18,700.00... 10 seconds later 10 seconds later $19,069.00 US $18,969.00 This is seriously just sad people are offically dumb I wonder if they think they get to meet him cause he wont ship the gril... Hmmm thats probaly it still not worth 19k
Hmm now it's at 35 million. That's a damn good grill!
$99,999,999
Wait... 99 million 999 thousand 999 dollars.
Haha, ebay doesn't allow 100 million dollar bids on grills???
Just wait a few days and Manny will change his mind and pull the auction. ;)
Gee, I have a feeling there will be quite a few bid retractions - and possibly some members will find their accounts no longer work.
Either that, or some people are thinking they get Manny along with the grill.
"Hey...Manny...that car ain't done 'til I see my face in it!"
It would be a little more than chuckleriffic if he actually sues the guy who bid $99,999,999....
The only recourse he'll have is to file a NPB report (non-paying buyer) to get his fees credited back. He will then also have the ability to make a second chance offer to the next lower bidder.
I suspect that eBay will instead suspend the auction to clear it up. Certainly the vast majority of those bids are bogus. Usually it's some dot com or a casino that buys this stuff and they're paying for the publicity. But not to the tune of $100 Million!
