Cute, glad your wife took to him (would be hard not to :D )
you two are both wrapped
There's something about strays. They seem to appreciate what they've got. They know they've got it good and they're going to love you for it. I understand this guy was just a baby when you got 'em but I still think you'll benefit from this mindset. They're different from the purebreds who are stuck up and think that it's their right as cats to have a roof over their head and "service" from their humans...
Here's another good one from tonight.

What a cutie, ORH. What'd you name him?
I'm having the dickens of a time coming up with a name. Any ideas?
I swear, they name themselves. Don't rush, the perfect name will come to you.
Our other boy Elmo got his name because he was born right about the time of the Tickle Me Elmo craze. He was the runt, the only boy, he would rear up to attack his sisters, fling out those long skinny legs *and* since he had the big budda belly too... He looked like a solid black halloween version of Elmo.
ETA: On a tangent, I am LOVING all the exposed brick in your home! Beautiful!
I have a little puppy, and I've lately been wondering if I should have called her Yoda, because when she lies down her triangular ears stick out to the side. It's too late to rename her, but your guy has some pretty big ears himself...
but I agree, he'll present himself with a name in time. No rush. So glad to hear he's doing well! He looks very comfortable and happy.
Hey ORH, any updates on the furball? :D
