Would there be any way to implement an "upcoming games" opposite of the RedsZone logo on the pages? It'd be cool to see what upcoming games the Reds' have without needing to run over to Reds.com to see the schedules/times. Just a thought!

Probably, and it's a good idea, but it would require regular, if not daily, maintenance, and I don't think that's something GIK or I could commit to.
Hmm...couldn't you just pull the API from an online schedule? There'd have to be something out there that auto populates and doesn't require daily shenanigans.
Sure, if you can point me in the right direction, I'll be more than happy to see what I can do.
Roger that...Ill take a look around.
Looks like there is a publicly available RSS feed on the Reds website. You just need to create a plugin to accept that and it'll auto-update with each upcoming game. :)
I see this one, but it's not specific to the schedule - is this the one you had in mind, or is there another one that only lists the schedule? If so, what is the URL?

Is there anything on that page you could use?
I can look into it, but nothing immediately stands out to me on that page that would accomplish what you're requesting. If anyone is well versed in this sort of thing (I'm not), please feel free to lend a hand.
I have a good friend of mine who's a web developer...I'll see what he has to say.
Sounds good...thanks.
Even utilizing the blank space next to the RZ logo with a complete mini schedule that could be clicked and enlarged would be better than nothing if the auto updating idea isn't feasible.
I do like the idea a lot of having a schedule of some kind made available here. I think that would be very helpful.
Take a look at the Reds Away style here, and let me know your thoughts. I can resize the image accordingly, as it's likely too big right now, but I can't make it too much smaller and keep it readable.
I don't mind the size honestly. I may be in the minority on that, but i think the size is perfect. Any smaller and I think I'd be squinting.
Thanks...anyone else? I'd like a decent amount of feedback (either way) on how it looks before potentially applying it to the other two styles.
Looks fine to me...
Nice...
Looks good. The size is fine with me.
All done; I'm not thrilled with the alignment of it (too far right), particularly on the default style, so if the reception is otherwise positive enough to keep it, I will definitely have to try to tweak that.
NICE! Great addition guys. I love the schedule being up there. :beerme:
Just curious...that schedule image isn't like copy written material or anything is it? I wouldn't want to see you guys have to deal with a headache.
That is Great guys it helps like you said,Go for it!!!
Also, if anyone is fairly up to date on HTML (I used to be, but I'm definitely not anymore) and could help get the schedule aligned with the rest of the content (and not a bit to the right as it is now), please let me know.
Great....now I'm the guy who talked you into removing it. :(
Sorry, I didn't mean it!!!!! I take it all back!!! :O)
I was gonna say...I dont see it anywhere! LOL
Boss - Im not sure where to put this, but I cannot make a new thread in any forum. I keep getting a 404 error. Im able to reply, but no new threads can be created. Any idea what's going on?

I contacted Jamie Ramsey via email about a week ago via email, and I've not heard back, so unfortunately, until if and when I receive confirmation it's OK to use the schedule from the Reds' site, it will have to remain down. As much as I'd like to use it here, it's not worth the risk.
