Rangers are a team doing things the right way across the board.
It is scary. I am just glad that I am not in their division. The team has money, lots and lots of it, they spend both internationally and in the draft and they seem to be able to develop that talent as well.

Completely different leagues Sea Ray. This is the Arizona League, which is a rookie league that ran from roughly mid June until the end of August. It is the lowest level of the minor leagues that takes place here in the US.
Hamilton will be playing in the Arizona Fall League, which is probably the equivalent of Advanced A/AA (It it made up of mostly AA/AAA guys, but the pitchers are generally tired by the time the season rolls around, so guys usually kill the ball).
